- Shopping Assistance — Grocery shopping with or for the individual.
- Home Organisation — Decluttering and organising spaces.
Errands and Everyday Living Support
Flexible support for day to day practical needs.
- Prescription Collection — Collecting medications on behalf of clients.
- Bill and Admin Support — Help with letters, forms, and online tasks.
- Transport Support — Accompanied travel using public or private transport.
Non Regulated Day Services and Activity Sessions
Structured sessions delivered in a safe, supervised environment without personal care.
- Activity Days — Group sessions including games, crafts, and discussions.

- Behaviour Support Environments — Calm, structured sessions for individuals with behaviours that challenge.

Non regulated assistance delivered in the community.

Advocacy and Guidance (Non Statutory)

Family and Carer Support
Light touch support that does not cross into regulated interventions.
- Respite Style Support — Non personal supervision to allow carers a break.

- Parenting Guidance (Non Assessed) — Informal advice and practical support.
Wellbeing and Social Inclusion Services
Low level preventative support.
- Wellbeing Check-Ins — Regular visits or calls.
- Confidence Building Activities — One to one or small group sessions.
- Hobby and Interest Development — Supporting engagement in interests.
What we do not provide
We are a non regulated service. We do not deliver personal care, medication, or clinical tasks. If you need regulated care, we will signpost you to the right provider.
